Wanted: Clipper Wheels

I REALLY need to get those Chevy Blazer truck rims off of my car and get it looking original again. Does anyone have a set of either 4 or 5 original wheels for Packards using the 5" lug bolt pattern that they would like to Part with for a price that's at least more reasonable than what the bone yards are quoting me?

I would settle for any equivalent 15" wheel that would fit the 5 X 5 lug bolt pattern, fit over the brake drum hub, that would accept the Packard full wheel covers and that I could mount my 15" tires on. Maybe someone has a Hollander Interchange Manual that cross references the Packard Wheels with other makes.
I did find a list of vehicles that use a 5 X 5 bolt pattern but don't know the center hole sizes.

Here's what I have so far:
Austin-Healy 3000
Buick All (Except Skylark, Special, Century, Gran Sport) 1935-75
Buick LeSabre, Electra 1964-85
Buick Riviera, Centurion 1964-78
Cadillac Deville, Fleetwood 1935-59 & 1968-85
Chevrolet Belair, Biscayne, Caprice, Impala, Kingswood 1971-76
Chevrolet Above models with heavy duty package 1977-86
Chevrolet Blazer (full size 2 wheel drive) 1971-86
Chrysler Imperial 1967-75
Ford Thunderbird 1972-76
Ford Galaxie, Custom, LTD, XL 1973-78
Lincoln All (except Versailles) 1958-69 & 1973-79
Mercury All 1955-60
Mercury; Marauder, Grand Marquis, Meteor, Montclair, Park Lane, Cougar 1973-78
Oldsmobile All (Except for Jetstar 88, F85, Cutlass, 442) 1948-76
Packard All 1951-55
Pontiac All (Except for Firebird, Trans Am, GTO, Lemans, Tempest, Grand Prix) 1948-76
Rover

Thanks in Advance!
Gator

it's best to also match the wheel offset closely.

Gator -

The the 5x5" bolt pattern may have been used across 51-55 Packard, but there are different rim widths.

Parts book shows the 5.50" wide, P/N 426835 was used on

50 Standard, Deluxe, and Super Eight
51 200
52 200
53 Clipper

Hope this helps.

It does help BH and thanks. I had checked to see what the original Rim width was on my '53 and it was indeed the "K" rim or 5.50". I would probably need at least a 6" wide rim in order to install and run these P23575R15 tires and it appears that the rims they're currently mounted on are 7" and if it's true that you can go up or down an inch then the 6" may work if I can find some with the 5" bolt pattern. I'll have to talk to someone who can confirm the
possibility. Quote:

And thanks for that additional bit of info Kev. Through your posts, I found out that there is a possibility of 3 different bolt paterns so a guy really has to shop smart to get the right wheels.

You ever wish that your car had come with just 1 thing that you didn't have to put blood hounds on?...well in my case its 4 things making it 4 times harder! Actually 8 if you include a matching set of wheel covers.

A 6-inch wide rim should work, provided the offset is same as an OE rim of same width (that is, a Senior Packard rim).

Be advised that some owners of 55-56 cars have reported clearance issues, WRT to wheel opening in rear fender, when installing an OE wheel with a 235/75R15 tire. Just have to some air out of the tire to sneak 'em up in there.
