VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | pKind of confusing but Ican go back as far as the two previous owners before me. The gentleman that I purchased the car from had a friendwho'sbrother owned the car.The brother had starteda"frame on" restoration that was basically limited to a repaintin theoriginal colors, a completere-upholstery of the interior and 9% of the exteriorbrightwork re-chromed. Unfortunately, the brother passed away before the car could be completed and re-assembled.Thebrother to themanthat died inherited the Packard along with several other vintage and classic cars and he offered the car to the man that I purchased it from. He completed the reassembly, purchased many NOS and aftermarket parts, drove it for about 8 years and decided to sell it to use the money for restoring another vehicle that hepurchased from the same man. | ||||
