VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
The car was originally sold in Allentown, PA on 5/13/1939 from Fenstermacher and Rems Packard. Other than that I don't have any history on the car. I will say that being from a salty area the car is fairly rust free. I purchased it from a man in Northeastern PA back in 1994. It had 92,342 on it when I bought it and now shows around 112,. It had not run for years so I did a lot of work on the mechanical systems. I rebuilt the engine, suspension, brakes, and replaced the wiring. I have since replaced the transmission with an OD unit. A big improvement. It was cosmetically "restored" sometime in it's past switching the color to black. I doubt if I ever do a proper restoration since I like it just as it is, a great knock around daily driver. Eight-in-a-row, the only way to go!!
Vehicle Modifications
MODIFICATIONS:
I have installed a 3 speed OD transmission from a 1940 120.
