Grandfather purchased the carin 1961.In 1962 he put the car u
on blocks and removed the tires for a break job...in 21 I put the tires back on and removed the blocks. By this time the enginehad literally seized u
and was unable to turn over. In 21 I started to restore the engine, which included a complete overhaul (i.e., pistons, valves, etc.). I don't think you could have done anything more to the engine by the time I was done with it. In 22 I was able to put the engine back together andin the car and make it run. Drove the car as is until 24 when I decided to paint the enterior. Today the car is in good working condition and is drove about every other weekend.

pI was lucky to find a car of this age that was as complete as it was.
