VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | Car picked u and dollied from Fremont, CA 4/1- Stripped interior/trunk/etc. put rims and tires from my 37 Buick Special on 4/11- Engine free, replaced hoses, oil, oil filter, battery, started cleaning front suspension,4/12- Manufactured hard lines for remote oil filter, removed and replaced broken l/r door glass, rekeyed all locks, sand blasted 5 stock rims, beadblasted ainted battery holddown, scraped more petrified grease-4/15 Found raccoon aslee on rear seat -4/16 Too cold to work. High of 34* and winds to 3 mph -4/17 Better today began to use d/a and hog to remove exterior rust and scale, made proper battery holddown bolts and mounted battery, Tem 54*-4/18 4/19-26 received many parts, made tri to Dell in Sacramento for gas tank(no rust), accelerator linkage, wheels(nice). sandblast, sandblast, sandblast, aaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!! | ||||
