This Vehicle was purchased on April 22, 21. Was parked on a empty residential lot with a For Sale sign on it.I inquired and bought it.


pHave started to do (some) restoration on it. Had to sto
for awhile. However, Now I'm working on it again. This is a "WORK IN PROGRESS" Project at my home.


pSo far I have done the following: Dismantled the frontclipwith the motorbeing exposed.I'veremovedmost of the under carriageroad debris. Now working on motor and frame.


pParts locator: Max Merritt andKanter Packard Parts also using other sources as well. - Packard Customs in Santa Ana, CA. (Mr. Robert Escalente)have given me great knowledge in my 1941 Packard


pHave also found it factory assembly release: emu(BORN) May 5, 1941/u/em and its production no# is emustrong79th vehicle/strong/u/em out of production plant.


pIt's a emu"CINCO DE MAYO"/u/em Packard which for me is Special as I am a CHICANO Mexican American decent.
