VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
Faint markings on the back fender, show that this vehicle was sold (perhaps new) at Rimrock Motors in Billings, Montana. An older gentleman in Northern Arizona bought the vehicle circa 28 - possibly from South Dakota - to restore, and did a little engine work, rebuilt the transmission, and some brake work. He never worked further on the car passed the car on to another gentleman in Surprise, Arizona. The car sat unrestored for the next 2.5 years, until my purchase. At the start of the project in Feb. 214, the engine runs, though with a possible loose lifter or other rattle. The gas tank has disappeared, and the brake master cylinder needs to be rebuilt. Original radio and lights work, but no gauges. The only serious rust is a small hole on/behind the back rocker panel. There is also a few spots of rust on the underside of the hood and trunk and one hole in the trunk.

Update: as of June 214: car is essentially roadworthy. lifters replaced, carb rebuilt, brakes redone, new tires and other small fixes. Transitioning to cosmetics restoration.
Vehicle Modifications
MODIFICATIONS:
