VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
pfont face sizeThis was my Dads car and he passed it on to me when he passed away in May 215. We had been working onthecar for about 26 years now after he found and purchased the car in Wayland Missouri. in August of 1989. I say we, he did the work, I had the fun part of finding parts ontheweb and shipping them from California to my Dad. I say fun because it really was, finding the missing rear window center trim for Father's day, original headlight lenses for Christmas etc. I will never forget that, he opened them (I wasn't therefortunately) and he commented to the family, Oh, candy dishes and pushed them aside. It wasn't until sometime later did he reopen it and realized what they were !/font

pfont face sizeHe had the car in Chicago Heights, retired to Irons Michigan. During his retirement, he and I grew tired of the Packard Blue (light blue)and had the car repainted Packard Ivory. In October 215, I hadthecar transported to its new homein Morgan Hill, California. I plan on restoring the car further. The car is a real head turner here and only a few weeks after receiving it, Ienteredit in the Morgan Hill Christmas Parade./font

pfont face sizeWorking on the electrical system now (January 216),carefullyreplacing aging and crumbling wire with vintage wiring and will be buying harness sections soon./font
