VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
Car was bought by Mrs. Charles Shambaugh of Lafayette, IN. Her husband owned Shambaugh Garage and sold everything from Model T's to Packards. He also owned Shambaugh Airfield. tried five times without success to qualify for the Indianapolis 5. She owned it until her death in 1981. Car was then owned by Ralph Manier a farmer in Otterbein, IN until I bought it in Oct. 215. Car sat on blocks much of Mrs. Shambaugh's ownershi
so it currently has 25, original miles. Car is in very good condition. Repainted in 1984 with the usual little dings and scrapes. Brakes were totally gone through. Am missing jack and bag which I would like to find or buy. Tires are one size too big ,but are in good shape. All chrome is very nice. Upholstry was redone same time it was painted. Original style. Would very much like to find aftermarket turn signals and install. Car has some exhaust issues which I plan to have fixed when the weather breaks. Otherwise a very good running automobile.
Vehicle Modifications
MODIFICATIONS:
No modifications. None planned other than aftermarket turn signals.
