VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
The story goes - Originally sold at Gray Motor Sales in Salem Ohio 1939. Owned by Robert C Bertolette (possibly a US marshal) of Washingtonville Ohio prior to 196.Mr. Bertoletteis possibly the original owner. I have the original owners manual with his name signed on the back page.I purchased the car from The family of John Krautner of Campbell Ohio. John Krautnerpurchased the car from Robert Bertolette in about 196, it was his pride and joy until he passed away around 1981. John's wife refused to sell the car despite many offers, she would not even let anyone touch the car, so it sat in the garage covered u
from about 1981 until she passed away around 21. The car went to the children of Mr. Krautner, they collectively did some work on the car to get it running and driving.Mr. Krautner'sdaughter then had the car transported to Parish Florida for sale. I purchased the car on August 9th 216. I believe the car is 1% factory stock with 44,912 original miles. My intention is to carefully clean it, service and repair itas neededwhile maintaining its original parts, share it as much as possible at various shows. Any hel
in knowledge or documentation of the history of this car, I would love to hear from you..... email at a hrefmfg@highcor.com/a
