VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | While walking my dog in July (216) I saw the car u on a trailer, owner was standing nearby. We got to talking he made me a great deal and I bought it. I've never restored a car before but I love the lines of the Clipper. It's in need of a lot of work but most original parts remain. For the restoration I'm going to try to stay true to the original. Exceptions will be safety improvements and some replacement mechanical parts to kee it on the road more. Very impressed with PackardInfo.com and the Packard community in general - I'd be lost without the great advice I've received on this site. Status: Master brake cylinder rebuilt New carpets/headliner/windlass made (but not installed) Runs well Taillight bezels replaced | ||||
