This Packard was an export RHD model. It was loaded on a shi
bound for Melbourne Australia. Destination Kellow Faulkner who were the agents at the time. However when the ship called into Honolulu the car was spotted by Wayde Warren Thayer, who was the pre-war Attorney General &am
Governor of the Islands. By fair means or foul the car was unloaded &am
sold to him.

pWayde Thayer clocked u
85 miles from '37 until 1955. It was then sold to Walter Reinhardt &am
the car stayed in Honolulu until 1971 when it was shipped back to California &am
went into storage. When Walter Reinhardt passed away the car was sold &am
eventually made its way to Australia. Although it has been many years since it arrived down under it has spent most of that time in storage. However it is now out on the open road &am
with the help of Packardinfo &am others we should be able to enjoy many years of motoring.

Advised by owner by email on 4th April 2023 that the car has been "Sold". Ozstatman 4th April 2023
