VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | Vehicule found in buffalo in 216, the seller plan to sale it and cancel the sell. found again in december 218, from the same seller, we decide to deal together and i finally buy this packard for 9.5, US Dollars. i shi it to france and realy enjoy it. the guy who sell me the car say this was his mothe's car since 197. and before this date i have no ideas about the history of this car, except she was sold new in the NY state cause i owne the original 1938 NY lisence plate. the original VIN decal is still on the car but most unreadable. i can read vehicule number 1184 566? delivered by ?????? i can see few letters but nothing realy clear date 9/2/3? maybe 37 but not sure i remember read somewhere the productions date of the 16th serie but can4t find them. i want to perfect the car and kee it in it's original condition and drive it. | ||||
