VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | The car was originally ordered by Packard dealer and West Virginia State Delegate, William "Bill" Slonaker. Bill owned it until his death when it went to a neighbor in Capon Bridge, where it was driven then parked for few years. I bought it in mid-22 and am slowly restoring it to survivor condition. I plan on keeping the car as original as possible. | ||||
