VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | The Clipper Deluxe was trailered u to north Alabama from west central Florida in late 1994. It was driveable but needed total brake job, transmission seals replaced as the tranny leaked excessively. It was repainted in 1995-96 and new headliner sometime after that. The oil would not drain from the oil pan the first time an oil change was done. Engine runs very quiet and smooth. Did have someoverheating probems and the coolant tube was removed and the coolant system flushed out with high pressure water and steam. Only one center grille piece has been replaced with NOS chrome back in ~ 1995-96. | ||||
