VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | pBought this car as a package with my other 55 Patrician. to be a driverit would requireserious rust destroyingand a full interior, as the steel portions have succumbed to east coast salt and rust, and the interior was destroyed by mice. It has donated its power steering pum and heater blower to my 56, andstrangely, it seems to have a really good gas tank, which will go to the other 55.It has been sitting for a very long time (state inspection sticker ran out in 1974) andthe air cleaner has been off for much of that. I thought for shure the engine would be siezed, but i turned it by hand, and whadda ya know, it still moves! ponly 28, originalmiles! The car has amazing chrome. I still havent been in the trunk, hopefully thell be something good in there! p p | ||||
