VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
I purchased this vehicle off a guy living in Sacramento, CA. The vehicle was advertised on Ebay. The car was purchased on the 22nd May 28 and arrived in Australia late August. The vehicles history can be traced back to 1988 where the vehicle was in Colorado. It was this year that the car supposedly received the new manual transmission as the new drive shaft was installed that year. In the 9's the vehicle was purchased from Colorado and restored to its current condition. The previous owner owned the vehicle for a short time before I purchased the vehicle

Vehicle Modifications
MODIFICATIONS:
I decided that I didn't want to continue driving with the manual trans. The c9 gearbox had a rough install. The O/D
was not connected and the gear shifter had not been finished off satifactory. A hole in the floor showed daylight from where the lever came up through the floor. This was replaced by a torqueflite 727 setup with the Ultra Torque II kit which was rubbish and now has the GM turbo 700 (4L60) and runs beautifully
