VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | link rel href /style The car has spent its life in California, and displays the requisite &ldquoblack plates&rdquo. I purchased it about 15 years ago and have done very little other than enjoy it. When I purchased the car, it had been sitting for 15 years and was originally parked because of stuck valves. I completed a valve job, changed the timing chain and gear and was back on the road. Because it was sitting so long, many of the systems needed &ldquogoing through&rdquo such as the brake hydraulics, brake lines, and fuel system. All gauges, clock, radio, interior lights, exterior lights, turn signals and wipers work. Car starts, stops, runs and drives as it should. | ||||
