INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Seats are badly torn and door panels are gunked up. Headliner is sagging and faux wood trim is shot. It's going to take some serious work. Oddly, the carpet is in good shape. Go figure!
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Body and trim are all clean and solid. Surface rust in the trunk pan and trunk lid but it should be an easy fix. The overall body condition was one of the major selling points. Seems to have been repainted some time in the 60's or 70's but with an almost perfect match except the new paint has a glittery metallic look.

VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
I know very little as the seller of the vehicle knew very little. He owns a garage in town and collects cars at auction and swaps with intentions of restoring but only keeps collecting. The city made him start selling them off and my wife and I got lucky on finding this car. It's going to need a lot of TLC but we love restoration and in some sick way it's what we enjoy doing more than most anything. Though I've restored 5's Schwinn bicycles and am restoring a 16 year old Victorian home this will be my first attempt at vehicle restoration. Although I have a scary amount of mechanical ability and great intuition I'm sure I'll be on here picking the many knowledgeable brains available to me on this site. Hopefully one day I'll be able to return that hel
to someone else who is just starting out.
