VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | E-Bay purchase in Aug '9, as a project never gotten around to. Seller had other late Packards and Studebakers in various conditions. This car had been in IL (mostly), then RI, now VA for two years refurbishment is planned in Southern NJ. This is a Benoy Packard -- sticker on trunk lid. Shows signs of having been garaged most of its life. RR door heavily dented, but other and roof good. Usual rust in rockers and lower quarters. EX glass, except for driver's wdw which has crack. 44.5K orig. miles (confirmed by documentation). Old repaint (poorly) -- white is flaking off with the factory white showing underneath. Needs fan and thermostat housing, rest of engine is there. | ||||
