INTERIOR CODE: | 71 | PAINT CODE: | K | PAINT NAME: | Valiant Green Metallic |
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION: | Gray Bedford cord/broadcloth combination, which is currently covered
by newer, similar fabrics. I'd love to get the interior redone with
new, correct reproduction materials. Or at least strip the newer
fabrics off and find out the condition of the old materials which
were left in place on the seats and door panels. | EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION: | Originally Valiant Green, at some point the car was given several very heavy coats of black. It was
a very thorough job, as the only place the green is still visible is under a few bolt washers.

VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | Purchased from USA Motors (a used car lot) in Mansfield, O. on August 11, 2010. Ohio insurance cards left in the glove box indicate previous owner to be Donald V. Staten. The length of Mr. Staten's ownership, or the car's history before Mr. Staten is not known. The car had undergone a complete, but amateur restoration many years before I purchased the car. It was nicely done, but could have been much better. Sold to Col. Phili R. Adair (USAF Ret.) on May 25, 2011.
