VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | Originally bought at "Kiker's Packard" Plainview Tx., Late 1951. There's a dealer ID badge that says "Kiker's Packard, Plainview Tx." on the left rear lower corner of the trunk lid. Using the internet, Google archives and searching different ways of saying "Kiker's Packard" "cars" "Plainview Tx" and different combinations of the above, I have been able to find sixteen references for the Dealership, the owner, car sales that were published in newspapers and radio "spots" as well as Historical and Bio info on Kiker (town dandy that he was). This info has helped make the ownershi more interesting and personalized the very beginning of my 1951 Packard 2. | ||||
