INTERIOR DESCRIPTION: | I can't make out the code on the Door
Plate, but from the pictures of other
200 Deluxe(s) on this site, it has the
standard Dark Grey/Light Grey it came
from the factory with. It also has
carpeting that looks as old as the car. | EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION: | Really in excellent shape as is the
chrome. If the paint isn't original, it
was an then expensive job done years ago
as there is absolutely no evidence of
any overspray on chrome or hardware
gaskets. | ||

VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | Originally sold in Roseburg, OR to member of local Packard Dealer's family. She drove it until her death in 1982 when it passed to another family member who finally settled in Salem who kept it until 27. He drove it off and on then let it sit for a few years until he sold it to his neighbors on the adjoining farm I bought it from. Got this from a envelope of State of Oregon registration papers found by second owner (relative of the first) and forwarded to me via the couple I bought it from. Pays to kee in touch with former owner. 5/12/14: I've tracked down the lifter noise and plan to replace the three or four leaking lifters this Spring. | ||||
