INTERIOR CODE: | 402 | PAINT CODE: | N | PAINT NAME: | Sylvan Green Metallic |
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION: | Green Shadow Check Broadcloth. Upholstery is in poor
condition with severe moth damage. Carpeting, for the
most part is gone. The dashboard woodgrain and chrome
cleaned up very well. Some woodgrain wear on the
drivers window frame in the usual place. BB gun pits on
both sides of the windshield. There is minor
delamination of some of the side glass. | EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION: | The car was re-painted Cavalier Maroon (or a close match). So I have a Maroon
car with a green interior (sigh). The re-paint is not bad but not real good
either. There are multiple chips and scratches. All the major chrome pieces;
bumpers, grillwork front and back have been re-chromed.

VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | I brought the car home today 4/4/2011. Briggs Body Tag no. 2252 884. Original color was Green... now Maroon... nice, but I wish they'd left it green. No Brakes. 4/22/2011 finished putting in new master cylinder kit, wheel cylinder kits, all three hoses, all new brake springs, new hard line from master cylinder to rear hose. The car now stops but I need to adjust the brakes and pedal play. Next u will be a new pinion seal and gasket for the differential, removal of what remains of the Electromatic clutch paraphernalia and investigation into the shift linkage which sticks in first gear.
