VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | Bought in Dec 3 2003 from Cecil E. Hawkins in Duncanville TX. Brought car to Billings MT in May 25 when we moved from Dallas. Car is being rewired at this time (May 2011). Dash is refinished, most chrome is redone. Car was put into running condition by Terry Weiss in Tyler Texas just prior to moving. MODIFICATIONS: | Turn signals added on the front using reproduction Harley Davidson lights, painted in matching blue paint mixed by NAPA. The photo of the car was taken in front of the former Packard dealership in Billings MT. Just visually remove the vertical elements on the facade of the building and you have the Packard grille. | ||||
