I do know it is not the 327, it is a 288.( bummer) It had double blown head gasket.
The brakes were shot, the master cylinder res. looked like a ghetto toilet.
I want to drive it cross country to Virginia, Richmond< hopefully this year.
I am supposed to be first born of the first born of the Packard car Clan, My dad was a Champ, Sprint car driver of the 5's, His dad of the same name ( JAMES RUSSELL PACKARD SR.) from Spartenburg, South Carolina.
