Packard Youngstown. The oldster getting the award is Gene Tareshawty. The show is the 07 Glenmoor Gathering

Evansville, Ind., early 18th series production retouched to suggest some mid-season changes, note traditional style '120' hub caps, rounded bumper ends, 9-vent louver panel' medallion unaltered (remains early production style), 1939 Michigan license plate #V-26-17.
