The 2020 PAC Cyber Concours is online and members are beginning to enter their cars.

Registration is free to to view the cars and vote for your favorites. To enter your Packard, a small fee of $10 USD is charged to help cover costs.

There are already some very fine cars in the show. Once you are registered, you enter a car at any time or you can visit the site from time to time to see what's new.

This is the only PAC event in 2020 that cannot be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and it is the first event in which PAC members from around the world can participate.

You can enter your Packards until September 30, 2020, to be eligible for prizes but do it as soon as you can to allow time for people to appreciate and vote for your car.

The link to enter is vpacmeet.cornerstonereg.com

Ed Blend had a chance to buy the FWD Packard in the 1950s for about $1,000 but he passed on it. He wrote about it in a "Cormorant News Bulletin" in the 1990s.

Here's the car, next to the Predictor, at the Magnum Opus in 1999 at Warren, Ohio.

Stan Zimmerman, a founding member of the Earle C. Anthony PMCC region in Los Angeles, passed away July 10th at the age of 88. Stan founded the Automobile Driving Museum, and had an extensive collection of Packards and other cars. He is pictured in 1980 with James J. Nance at the Ambassador Hotel in L.A. during the ECA membership meet. The car is Stan's 1955 Caribbean, originally purchased by Howard Hughes. Stan donated this car to the National Packard Museum in Warren, Ohio last year.
