I have the door panel off my 400, but motor is working fine so don't want to remove,

the other 56 pat, has power ,,I can use it panels need to be redone ,,so need to remove them,

I have a door, to use , its an exe, non power, do you need a different, lift, if not, good to go on that,

there is a place here that would cast it, he is a Packard owner too,

I sorta see a problem with the set screws, slipping, better to drill into shaft, I do it with my train gears, so you know its not going to slip on shaft,,

both are great ideas,, plate not a problem for me to make, do a stack at a time,

a cnc would spit them out in no time,

edited,,,,looking at that pinion again, I might be able to machine that,

edited again, I would need to find an end mill with that taper,

don't have tool grinder

truck seal,

my dad put his on the truck lid, took it out of channel, so water would not get trapped.
