well i have no clue....i may or may not have dash shots from the early 80s to see if it was added or not.

i was wondering about the little Shrader valve on the back...must have had air shocks at one point maybe.

called the business next door to this place....guy says the guy is nearly 90 and barely comes in to work. says his daughter is trying to run the place and he don't see how she can. Said he got a call the other day from a guy saying he sent his pump in 10 months ago and can't get ahold of them.

avoid.....

I believe I might have one, will have to look...but let me know if you find something modern cause they rust like no other....even when I've painted them.

Noice! They also have firewall covering. Go look for that black rubber material that they will cut to length that comes in rolls. It’s maybe used for topping off stairs etc. got these little groove lines in it. Works great! And looks fine.

Although those support brackets are nice….A piece of wood sitting on top of the support bars against the firewall does the same trick for way less than 50 bucks. You can even cut a little V notched groove on each side to place the edge of the hood in.

your lawnmower doesn't care about that old fuel. that's what I did and it ran fine.

as for the headlights...happy to take pics of how mine are put together. I'm using sealed beams with replaceable LED bulbs. stupid bright.

I have a couple of 36 doors that had some handles like you describe IIRC…no locks though. They were back doors to a sedan. But… rereading your post… sounds like maybe not what you want.
