Check that the arm of the pump is not under the cam. Very easy to do.

If you try to pry the material out from under the barbed strips you may bend them so they won't grab the new material. The best way to remove the old material is to cut the headliner with a razor blade so you can access the screws that hold the barbed strips. Then you can remove the screws hat hold the strips without bending them. The metal strips are probably rusty and can bend rather easily.

My 41 160 was the same. Since the bodies were the same as the 120 I can only assume that the 120 is the same thing. Cut the headliner along the sides and you should see the fastening strips.

I used those skirts on my 41. They fit perfectly. The wing nuts on the rear of the inside of the skirt did not hold well, so I used a stainless machine screw and nylock nut and washer to secure them. I was very pleased with them.

If the spring in the oil pump is weak, try putting a couple of washers in to put more tension on the spring. Quick fix until you find a rebuilt pump.

Au-ve-co, a company in Kentucky has the fasteners you need. You may have to buy 'universal, fasteners' as the exact ones you need may not be in production anymore. I used them on my 41. They have a web site, but I don't know how to post a link. Just google them and you will find them.

I sure do, and was flabbergasted when Dutch Darrin took credit for it. It only proves that if you tell a lie enough times, it becomes the truth.

I recognize some of the pictures as products of his work, though I don't know of all of them. The Marmon is one that I recognize as well as some of the Packards.
