I am sharing some documents I came across documents that show exploded views of all major body parts and the corresponding OEM part numbers and frame dimensions.

I am not sure if these are accurate and/or a duplication of information already available.

High beam indicator

Headlight switch controls for instrument lights, column indicator and courtesy lights function as intended

To say this was a steep learning curve is an understatement, I don't think I had ever even soldered before this.

All wire connections are soldered and heat shrinked

MANY Thanks to Howard for everything!!!

Its been a while since I posted a proper update.

Here are some videos validating the 12v conversion

I have everything functioning as delivered from factory excluding the clock and oil light because I need a new oil pressure switch

I just converted my '51 to 12v and installed a novita 552 thermal flasher and it works great.

Howard, I was kind of thinking the second lighter knob was OEM, since it matches the radio knobs... Its been awhile since my headlight switch was on the dash and I had forgotten that it matches that as well

Thanks!!

Thanks Gents...

Really helped to see what one of these is supposed to look like, both of mine had zero isolation material (guessing rubber?) left on the the wiring was disintegrating so the person I bought it from had just what was needed to fix / test the mechanicals hooked up and the rest disconnected. for safety.

makes sense that when I put a meter on them current was going through all posts, I simply added a rubber strip and took cleaned them up a bit...

Appreciate all your help!!!!
