There is a seven-prong plug up under the left side of the dash that feeds the rear wiring and if those brass contacts have oxidized to the point where they won't conduct electricity it will drive you nuts. I used a brass bristle brush in my dremel to polish up the male and female parts of that plug and my courtesy lights work again. I hope you find your problem.

Thanks Howard but all I need are the chain pulls - looks like no more that four inches each. The zippers are fine and installed. The upholsterer died a few years ago.

Does anyone have the zipper chain pulls used on the 56
(perhaps 55 also) Caribbean interior cushions?

There was a demo chassis and I saw it at Warren several years ago. It was displayed outside on a trailer.

There is a clipper version on ebay - better than a broken one.

My 56 Patrician came from the factory with wire wheels, but they were gone when I purchased the car. Car was ordered by a dealer for himself and he had it loaded.
