My daughter suggested Mr Clean Magic Eraser and it does a great job. Diamondback issues a warning against using any bleach style cleaner.

I use Spray Nine cleaner on whitewalls with great results.

Spray on dry tires, use a brush to scrub quickly while still wet and rinse off. Re-apply to wet tire if necessary to remove any remaining marks and rinse thoroughly. Do not allow it to dry on the tire.

I found this from back when Blue Coral had it.
There was a bit of alcohols and a surfactant in it. I think it was reformulated to get rid of these.
I use the straight metasilicate and it works just as well.
ps; there's no bleach nor has there ever been any in "Bleche Wite". another common misconception...
