It's a one-off panel brougham on a short wheelbase by Rollson which is unusual enough, but the fact that it was based on the less expensive 160 rather than the more luxurious 180 is interesting.

I don't recall the owner but the car carried CT license plates. The dual rear-mounted spares was a very uncommon feature.
