I found these three pics on Autabuy for sale. They claim this is a styling concept ordered up in 1956, built on a Caribbean by Packard's chief of engineering at Packard. I never, ever heard of the existance of anything like this.

Picture of 1956 Packard Caribbean 5699-1258 on delivery day at Carl E. Filer Co. Greenville, PA. Sold new to Dr. A.L. Bailey of Greenville. MES color scheme. The Caribbean was picked up by Carl E. Filer Jr. ("Ed") at the docks in Cleveland, OH and driven home for retail sale to Dr. Bailey.

Carl E. Filer Jr. ("Ed") is the gentleman in the picture.
