I just bought this car out in Maryland. It has the original owner's manual and original purchase receipt. I believe the blue paint is not original, but it matches pretty close. The black appears to be original. The interior is all original and is in great shape for a 77 year old car.

Inscribed on photo back; radiator ornaments, Packard radiator cap mascot 'Adonis, official name of this mascot is also known as 'Dauphin,' 'Daphne at the Well,' etc., designed by Edward McCarten - New York City, patent applied for 11/7/1928, design patent #79,561 10/6/1929, introduced on sixth series Packards, discontinued with introduction of tenth series, December 1932.
