that looked like it came from the same stash. Price---$75,901.99. Not bad! TG

Great candidate for resto, along with the other rare birds that seller was offering.
The reference to E.L. Cord's manse as being related to the Beverly Hillbillies struck a chord (pardon the obvious pun). Cordhaven was built in 1933 and demolished in 1963, and was vastly different from that of the Clampetts. Perhaps the Cords owned another Beverly Hills property prior to/during the construction of Cordhaven? Gotta run, time for my daily laps in the cement pond... TG
