Congratulations! The car looks just outstanding!! It would be a welcome addition to most any car show.

Especially, from the looks of things, to this pooch parade.

I had a 22nd series Eight, and the front floor was all rubber matting, not a mix like on this 23rd series deluxe eight.

This was not uncommon - I also had a 1957 Olds 88 which had rubber front floor.

I believe the rear splash pan is the same for all series.

I don't think the hood ornament bases are all the same. You'll need to say which (junior feather, doughnut chaser, cormorant) you're looking for.

This should be titled as a Chevrolet.

There's Hammer and Dolly in Traverse City but I have not had any first hand dealings with him.

Re: 1937 Paint

your issue may not be the color match per se. You are using a spectrophotometer and the body paint reference on a non-metallic color. This is all in your favor. I can think of a couple other factors. Illumination and viewing angle also impact what we see. The color will not look exactly the same on a wheel as on a body panel.
The spectrophotometer reads the pattern of light reflection from the standard. It does this correctly and consistently. Then to come up with a match it overlays the spectra of the pigments it has been loaded with to get a close match. Therefore the options it has available depend on the pigments the paint company has loaded. Trying a different paint company's library may improve your
match.

Once you have files generated of the part, wouldn't either conventional CNC or laser sintering be options? i don't know if the file types are the same.

I stopped in at this show too. Very much quality instead of quantity, as a CCCA event. There were 20 cars when I stopped by. No rods, mods, or used cars. The 40 sedan had a very nice interior also.

I saw some very discreet mounting of back-up cameras on cars - nice execution.

The cormorant was optional but available. The sun visor is aftermarket - the factory option one doesn't have the hinges on the sides, curves to the drip rail. Overall looks nice, the two trim changes noted while not original blend in pretty well.

Let's see the interior!
