Bill Hirsch reproduces them but is currently out of stock. Cap and cloisonne sold separately. That's an expensive clip failure.

The dual hood releases and starter under the gas pedal on this car are not unique but unusual enough to be conversation items. If you have the Electromatic Clutch I have usually seen owners leave it off. The only weak spot I know of is the column shifter's tendency to slip out of gear if worn.

There are three front bumper styles in the 22nd series - you have the middle one. "Open mouth" with chromed center sections.

From a vehicle dynamics, SUV/CUV is worse than a station wagon because of the higher center of gravity.

Convertibles, hatchbacks, coupes still exist, but they are few.

I think you'll need to use Ebay, main market is model trains. They made multiple body styles - convt, 2 dr, 4 dr, lwb. They are of course unfinished but the only assembly required is to put the wheels on.

Does anyone have pictures and/or measurements of the flexible rubber skirts that extend from the lower edge of the inner fenders? Mine departed long before my ownership and i want to make new ones.

The gap and broken base are for an "l'."
Garage de l'Est is an awfully generic name.
