Interior Trim

Guys, I am looking for two pieces of trim. Both are on the arm rest piece under the rear window on a 2 door car. Is is the curved panel. There is one piece that is about 24" long and is curved in the front, the other is about 6" long, is lower on the panel than the upper piece. I need both smaller pieces and one longer piece. I know I can contact Mike Dulinsky (I need his phone number) but was wondering if anybody else may have these pieces.

Thanks
Bill

Also, in regards to the headliner, the chrome holder piece that holds it into the car on the sides stops about 8" from the front windshield. I have not located the piece that fills in this area. Would anybody have a picture of it.

Any ideas on where to get one of these? Mine decided to fall apart when trying to get the cross member back in. The rubber piece separated from the steel backing. Although looking at it afterwards it didn't seem like there was a ton of material holding it there in the first place.

Thanks
Bill

Torsion Ride Pin

A little while ago I had posted a few questions on removing the pin to re-level the car. I took the pin out again today and further inspection of the base on the lower control arm. The retainer seat on the lower control arm has a 3/8" high wall, about 1" of this wall has rusted away, the rest of the wall is fine.

Also, pictures have shown that this pin can be taken apart but I tried and there is no movement of either end. I used a hammer to try to hit it apart but no luck. Next, is torch, but I wanted to make sure that it is for positive removable at both top and bottom.
Thanks

bill

I also have pictures but cannot upload them on the computer, they are on my email.

Thanks, that makes more sense now. I need to get better at reading some of those diagrams. I already have the pan off and the pin is free of the throttle valve. If I tap the shaft out will the retaining washer drive the seal out too? From the diagram it looks as if the washer is on the inside of the seal and not the out side?

THanks

Trans Throttle shaft removal

Hey guys, I am in the process of replacing the throttle shaft seal in the trans and was wondering if you guys had to tap or hit the throttle shaft back into the trans to get to the seal. I have removed the screws that the shaft slides into inside the trans to free it up. But it seems pretty stiff sliding back into the car and I didn't want to go any further and force something that shouldn't be forced.

Is the seal a packard only part from kanter or what not or is it like a o-ring seal?

Thanks
Bill

So I cleaned up under the trans and noticed it was leaking from the farthest back acutuator on the passenger side of the car. I tried downloading the manual but it has been 20 min now and still no luck.

What is this actuator and how do I get it to stop leaking. It has a little back and forth play to it.

Thank you for patience with my ignorance and slow computer.
