Gator, I plan on doing some local shows ,That was my dads dream to get it all fixed and just travel around doing shows.
This site was a big help when I would get stuck with something or it wold seem someone was having the same thing go wrong as me then I didn't have to ask the Question.Thanks BigKev
I am planning to take it to Daytona Next year for the Turkey Trot thing.

Good News ,Bad News. Bad news I didn't get to drive it today.Good news after getting the engine and compartment back together I started and it ran like a top. Tomorrow I will put on the grill and bomper.The light at the end of the tunnel is close. Hope its not a train.

Question, on the timing chain cork seal do I need to soak it first before i put it in or is ok to put it in dry? This for my 288.

I used Narragansett for my main and my over drive for my 24 series. Can't say enough good about them. The instructions were right on and the turn around time was great also.
