1936 120B Fender Welting

Does anyone know if fender welting is installed between the front fender and the inner fender? If so, does the fender welting go from the back of the headlight base (top of fender) all the way to the point where the running board begins? I have pictures of several 120 cars, but it is difficult to see if it is there or not. Thanks.

Are they "separate" pieces from Steele? Or are they integrated (attached) to the running board rubbers? To my knowledge, Steele does not sell them as separate items.

Follow up: I checked the Steele Rubber web site and found the items. Thanks for the information. I will call them and see if they will sell the spacers separately.

1936 120B Runningboard to Rear Fender Spacer Material

I am in the process of completing a 15 year ground up restoration of a 1936 120B 5 Passenger Touring Sedan. I am looking for information about the material that goes between the rear end of the running board(s) and the front of the rear fender(s). The Packard parts book says there is a "Spacer (To rear fender)" that goes there, Group #7.202, Part number 305416. Can anyone tell me what the material is? Or where I can find it? From looking at pictures on the web of other 1936 120's, it appears that there is a piece of curved rubber that takes up that space. When I bought the car many years ago, it was already disassembled with little or no pictures taken by the previous owner. Any information would be extremely helpful.

After checking the parts book again, looks like this part was used on all 1935 to 1937 120s, and on the 1937 115C.

If anyone has a close up picture (and can post it) of what that location looks like, that would also help a lot. Thanks.

1936 120B Upholstery

Does anyone know the exact upholstery material from SMS, Hirsch, or others for my '36 120B Touring Sedan? See attached pictures of the original from my car. SMS has 2 listed under wools that I think are close (PW-17 and BW-1); Hirsch has TTG-2 and TTB-2 listed under English Bedford Cord. Any opinions or comments about the quality of materials from those sources or others would also be much appreciated.

In addition, I am trying to find some information on the following:
Correct headliner material
Correct trunk lining material
Correct type of carpet.

Hirsch shows Hogshair #921 black as trunk lining material for Packard cars.

Thanks for helping out a newbie. I finally found an upholsterer to do the work (not easy in Upstate NY), so I want to source the correct materials so I can get him started soon. Daryl

Thank you very much gentlemen (Tim and snopack)! I appreciate your responses. I can now send the distributors (I have 2 of them) to be rebuilt and tested.

1936 120B Distributor Curve

I am new here, so not exactly sure how this works. Will just ask a question: Does anyone know where I can obtain a "distributor curve" for the Auto-Lite IGH-4026A distributor that fits my 1936 120B Touring Sedan? The company I spoke with to rebuild my distributor using their machine stated they needed the distributor curve. The vintage books they have did not contain one for this distributor. Thanks.
