Ok, So I guess I could go with either . I didn't want to do the wrong thing. I think I will go with Red. Should stand out better against Black.

Does any one know what/where to get the material that goes in between the fender skirts and the body of a 200 ?

Another source might be to contact Narragansett Reproductions . I have used them to re-do my wiring harness on my 51 200 to the original copper with cloth covered just like it came out of the factory. They would know I would think. They can be reached at info@narragansettreproductions.com.They do great work

All though the Movie the Help is a CHICK Flick. It is well worth it to see it just for are all the old cars that are in it. I think I seen at least a couple of Packards in there. I haven't seen that many classic cars in a single Movie.

Ok,
So I finally had a chance to go work on the car. While everyone's suggestions were great,It turns out while I was putting in the ignition switch. One of the wires end had broke. Real Damn simple just a pain to track down. The red light that I wasn't getting was for the Battery. One turn of the key and a press of the button two turns of the engine and it fired right off.
Thank-You All.

Thanks all. I will try your suggestions today after work. I did try the gas in the carb though. That didn't even get a little responds. I will check the coil next. I know its basic stuff. But for it to stop like it did after being so reliable its just makes me scratch my head stuff.
