Kev,

The holes at the bottom of the inner fenders are for the rubber "skirt". I don't have a picture but I believe someone on the site here had a couple of posts on how they tackled the task.

Kev told me about this post today as I had not seen it due to traveling. Vince and the team at CPS do excellent work and take great care to involve the customer every step of the way. They won't anything leave their shop that they are not proud of. Wish I had found them sooner.

"Bump"

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. According to Darvin Kuehl's book, this assembly was also used on the 37 - 39 Senior sedans.

Hello All,

Does anyone have a trunk lid brace assembly for a 1937 120 Touring Sedan (1092) they would be willing to sell? I believe it is part number 312636. Is Flackmaster in the house ?

Thank you for your consideration.

Just catching up to the news of your health challenges. Praying for a positive outcome to your treatment and guidance for the medical professionals caring for you. Given that we are both in the western suburbs, let me know if you need anything. I'll be happy help in any way I can. I'll send you my new cell number.

Stay strong and keep the faith.

Thanks Howard. Your wealth of knowledge never ceases to amaze me. We may have to rig up something as I don't see any studs in the collection of old hardware from disassembly. The next question is how to attach studs to the back of the cast bright work?

I found another photo on the internet from a restoration blog about 10 years ago. There is no protrusion in the back or evidence of speednuts. The holes on the corners and in the center appear to be flush with the metal dash with some sort of tacking. Hmmm.....

Hi Everyone,

I am hoping some of the 1937 120 fans out there can help with this. How does the bright work surrounding the center gauge cluster attach to the wood grain panel?

The five little "nubs" on the back of the bright trim are not threaded for a screw and are very shallow. I am not sure if I disassembled this or someone else but how it came apart is lost to time. Photos attached. Appreciate your help.
