A dirty '53 Caribbean 'barn find', pricey:
https://stlouis.craigslist.org/ctd/d/q ... nvertible/7032570483.html

Don't you know that 'barn' dirt adds $10K to the value? The new owner will never clean it up either, and will hope they never get caught in the rain.

Or, the paint is so bad the dirt is hiding that fact.

Some if these ads just amaze me......

Looks like a very worthy project, especially considering the family history!

Will be looking forward to progress updates (and of course pictures ).

A group of ten '57-'58 South Bend Packards, various conditions and prices:

Looks like there is one Detroit Packard in that bunch:

Jason, thanks for posting, that car has a lot of potential! Just think of how great this one would look after one of your 'paint rejuvenation' treatments.

Just simply amazing Jason! The interior looks great, your upholsterer did a fine job.

Wow Randy, what a well optioned car! And I see it was delivered to Rocky Mount NC.

Do you have any pictures of this car posted on this forum?

Really nice car Mike! I'll be that Clipper is smooth and quiet at 70 in overdrive.

Noticed you are located in Germany. Is that the Autobahn that you are driving on in the picture?

Re: 1942 160 on Craigslist:

From ad: ".......[Packard] closed down due to World war in the mid 1900s."

Where do people come up with this stuff??
