about glass?

For the last few days I have been puttering around with my 1952 200.
I noticed the passenger vent wing window has a long crack. And about 2 years ago when I parked the car after a drive I rolled the drivers door window up and it had a new crack. Is it normal for this old glass to start cracking? I thought maybe the door glass cracked because someone was looking at the car and slammed the door...... (I try never to close the door hard with the window down) these cracks just appeared... thanks for your advice, tim

Attached is the knob from the light switch on the dash panel of my 1952 200.
I started the car yesterday to take for a drive around the neighborhood. as I always do I start the car and while she is warming up I check all lights, signal, switches, horn etc.... hi beam switch and so on about the third time I pulled the light switch it just kept coming out (LOL). it was actually very funny. Ha Ha, but now how do I get it back together? I looked through this site ,but have not found any help. Does anyone have any experience with this repair? thanks tim

welcome.
if you floor the accelerator while moving it will not engage the starter. it is a lot of fun when younger people are admiring the car and I hand them the keys and say " here you go. start it up" I have never found anyone who can start it. it is a lot of fun and the younger crowd enjoys learning about how older cars start...... welcome and enjoy your new car. post some pics. aloha tim
