Thank you for the directions to the parts manual, I know where I will be spending hours reading. I was not able to find a definitive answer regarding the radiator. I was asking because I have found an available 1936 radiator, I want to have it recored and then have the ability to remove the one currently in the car and swap in the rebuilt one and diminish the cars downtime.

1935 vs 1936 eight radiator

I found a 1936 eight radiator, my car is a 1935 eight. I can't imagine that they are interchangeable as the 36 grill is laid back and the 35 is straight up and down. Does anyone know if the 1935, 1936 eight radiators are interchangeable.
Thanks,
Andy

I recall seeing a Darrin being built at California Metal Shaping about 1984.

Have you checked the parking brake cables? I had problems with the rear brakes on one of my cars, it was the rear parking brake cables. I replaced them and and the problems are gone. The cables were stuck, one was frayed, the return springs were weak. They were not fully returning the shoes back to what i will call zero.

Olsons Gaskets (360) 871-1207. Port Orchard WA. I have purchased and used NOS head gaskets from them. Reasonable and nice people.

The weather caused me to be unable to get my car to the Packards International Meet in Anaheim, so Big Kev, and the guys came to me.
