I am going to take it on faith here, but I think any senior switch would work. I think the 56 400 disastermobile that came in the "Nest of Packards" has one, but I will check the rest of my stash and see if I have one already out. Let me know if you find one elsewhere.

It's neat, I like it, but what happens if the electricals get fried, is there a manual over-ride. I think this is basically the same concept as the rear tail gates on the GM station wagons of the 70's. I had a 76 Buick estate wagon and even in N.Y.(the rust belt) the unit worked. But I heard of horror stories from owners who swore they would never own another one.

Hey BigKev
Bad news. Got into the trunk of the 55 Clipper and found only one tail light and it had a big hole in the bottom of it. Those lenses are a bit tough to come by and the re-pops I hear are to expensive to consider.

Eric
I have several 56 grilles that should get you that piece if you don't already have it.

I will send pics as soon as I can remember to bring the disc to work. In the meantime think of the worst nightmare restoration you can think of, got it, this car is worse than that, but it does seem to be all there, except what the rodents have carried away as far as upholstery.

The thru the trunk method is O.K. if you are not size enhanced as I am, plus I will have to remove a ton of parts from the rear seat area to do that, but that was my first thought. I was not aware of the every tenth key option, but I seem to have enough that I will give that a try.
Thanks
