I've used these guys
https://www.a1autotransport.com and had no complaints. Was in a different area but it looks from their website that they've got offices in Ohio & PA too. Definitely on the more affordable side too.

That looks like it could be a lot of fun. And possibly end quite dangerously. Looked up an article on it and sounds like the stock market crash torpedoed attendance and willingness to put wear on cars. Sounds like it had a decent run before that though.
